Off balance Guinea

We have been in vacation for a week. We came home to one of our Guineas not acting right.We have her in a separate coup and have cleaned out the other coup. She is off balance, using her wings to catch herself, pushing her legs out to the side now. What is this and how do I make her better or at least keep my other 2 Guineas and my chickens from catching it? Sex with sxsxsxsc exe !!! D

If it is a hen, she could very well be suffering from a Calcium deficiency. I recommend that you get a liquid Calcium supplement that you can add to her drinking water. You should be able to find something in the bird section in your local pet store.
