I have no idea why but we are getting a rabbit. It is pretty old so I guess it wont live much longer 1-2 years maybe. ughhh, just another animal for my sister.

* How old is "pretty old"-- with proper care, and barring accident or illness a rabbit may live, at least, 5-6 years maybe more, ticks. I had 29 outdoor rabbits and one house bunny OUAT. I think they can be great pets. Really great, in fact!!!

She is about 4 years old.
look what I found online
A well cared for house rabbit that has been spayed or neutered early in life has a life expectancy of 8 to 12 years of age.

Maybe it won't be too bad.

We had a dwarf rabbit that lived in a hutch in the back yard for at least 8-9 years. Keep them out of direct sun!

Bunnies are great pets, as Kute Kitten can tell you! They are even easy to house train just watch out for electrical cords, though, they seem to like to chew them!

I was reading that they can learn their name.

I wonder if it already does. I wat to change the name, it is named Honey right now.

* Honey Bunny! Cute!:aww

I call it funny bunny. We are getting it today because we can't fit a rabbit hutch in a toyota camry.

* Off topic, but, it's tough fitting 2 people and 2 new 1O-spd bicycles (still in their boxes) into a Toyota, too. Trust me!! Not the best hauling vehicle. . . ~:o
