I perhaps stupidly gave the hatchery benefit of getting ONE thing right. I assumed they would send me the correct gender on an autosexing breed when I asked for a rooster.

I now suspect this is a pullet. I just looked up the auto sexing criteria for the Bielefelders, and s/he certainly had the coloring for female.

Two weeks old, and today.

Ok. Thanks. I kept hoping the hatchery got that one thing right. I specifically requested a roo for that breed.

Aww, well at least she's pretty! Sorry you didn't get what you wanted, though. You'd think that the hatcheries would be more than happy to give out male chicks to those wanting them!
