I suggest that there be a BYC sign in sheet so everyone can see who is there any nobody misses someone they would like to see.
We will also have space available in our show catalog to mention your get together.
We are thinking that the BYC table and the American Buckeye Poultry Club table would be good next door neighbors. So many BYCers are interested in Buckeyes - you ought to have a good time next to one another.
Some how you folks need to figure out among yourselves how to staff the table and get the name badges distributed. The show hall is a big place and if it looks like you need a place for a meeting or some thing like that we sould be able to work something out.
I will monitor this thread to get a sense of what is needed.
