ok i need help here for housing. please

raccoon, bobcat, mt lion, foxes, groundhog, skunks (trust me there here smelly), stray dogs (lots), cats, owls, hawks, snakes, red ants,coyotes, no to mention the 2 legged variety and possum.
 
Weasels &/or mink mean 1/4" hardware cloth and NO holes over that size in pen or coop. Around any doors you have to be really careful. I have had good luck (so far) using poultry wire for the top, overhanging it and leaving the edges raw to discourage coons & other climbers. For just about anything else poultry wire is worse than useless. I don't know how likely weasels are to climb, but I think using hardware cloth 2' up and 1' buried, over chain link would probably work. If you end up with them all hatching, it sounds like you've got your work cut out for you. Its going to mean a lot of pens and a lot of space. I just planted a small mulberry tree in my new pea run, I decided it was a good idea after spending hours every day picking them for the penned birds. They like peaches better but peach trees aren't as hardy.
