What are we looking at? The top of its head? Poor thing. I'd separate whoever is doing that.

The first one would be better. Some triple antibiotic ointment (without painkiller) would be good too.

Yes ma'am the top back , and I separated it from the hen right then and have it inside so far it's doing absolutely amazing
