What exactly are the judges looking for? We have ordered ours through the State Fair office and filled out the paperwork per the requirements. We have a tractor built and are expecting them about August 18-20th. We have until October 1st when the fair starts.
Are they looking for the biggest birds?
The most proportionate?
Do they prefer roos or pullets, or a mix?
Anything else I need to know?
