Ok one more question about pecking order

I had to get of two rooster (thread: Well I have to get rid of my rooster)

I do feel terrible

Now my 6 hens are in a frenzy, and won't let me near them (do they really think I'm going to find other homes?) I go in one place they all hurry to another place. They won't eat watermelon out of my hand.

So do you think this losing part of the flock and reestablishing a top hen and lower hen?

Yes, they are reestablishing the new pecking order. Give them a few days to work it all out and they should be fine.
