Ok, Strange question...Will chickens bother an inflatable pool??

Hi! We have 15 free rangers and will be adding 15 more chicks soon. It can get awfully hot here and I was thinking of getting a cheapo inflatable pool for the kiddos. My concern is that the ladies may peck at it and send the kids floating on a runaway river if it bursts. Does anyone have experience with this?
I was thinking one like this. Only the top is inflatable.

that is a possibility that they very well might Peck it however they are pretty strong and unless she really pecked hard I think you will be OK. hope this helps. good luck!

Well - how did the inflatable pool survive? Definitely needing a way to keep cool this summer in the TN heat but don't want to purchase something that won't last!

It survived! The chickens could have cared less about the pool. The bees on the other hand were a different story.
