OK techno needs a little help here....

My comp is running soooo slow... how the heck do I "clear the cache and remove unwanted cookies" running windows 7 ...doh.... HELP!!!!! find this very confusing... SORRY x

im suprize to hear windows 7 running slow...my suggestion is to look up online for windows 7..running vista here...also try to clean browsing history and drfragment atleast one aweek..

Using IE? Under Tools on the right side of the toolbar, choose Internet Options. That should bring up a dialog. In the General tab, there is a choice for clearing cookies, etc.
