Ok, what breed is he

A friend of mine found this guy in the road and hasn't been able to find his home or even anyone that wants him. Anyone know what he is?

Looks most likely like a hen to me possibly old English game bantam? Or *maybe* a Dutch bantam but I believe those have white earlobes and hers look red! Nice looking little bird!

Lol, he crows rather loudly. Likely not a hen, probably just a young boy

Ah if he crows then yes probably a cockrel haha! Super small comb/wattle for some bantam roosters I've seen and had so I think he's young, stillsame breed recommendations from me though!

He was found in the road, who knows how he got there. May have escaped. But no one knows where he came from so who knows. He is friendly and apparently being a house chicken at the moment. That is a fairly young child holding him in the picture.

All in all, not a bad life. I told them they need to get him some ladies since it looks like they have a chicken now.
