Old Australorp

My Australorp is pretty old now, I dont think she is laying anymore, she has a big bag of water hanging (throat area). Her sister died last summer. Is it time to get rid of her?

Many would cull her. If she is causing no trouble and appears to enjoy life, I would probably let her live.
