Hi there, can I use medicated chicken food that is a year old???

The vitamins and nutrients have broken down, so it won't supply all they need. I wouldn't suggest it.

Unless it was moldy they wouldn't die right away, they would just start suffering from nutritional deficiencies which can lead to paralysis along with other issues.
