Old English Game Bantam: Breeding, Genetics, & Showing

My personal question has to do with showing. My two wheatens (W roo/ BW hen) have good type, BUT their coloring is a bit off. My rooster has red in his tail quills...


and my hen has blue on her wing bow, not to mention the irregularity of her beige back wings and chest...

Her sisters and his bother have really good coloring so what is the possibility of having good offspring for them?
The hens sisters won 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at the State show.
