Hello there! I have 3 and a half baby old goslings and ducklings. I was wondering if I can start letting them out onto the pond? I have a little pen is connected to the land

a little bit of the water. That leads to a small coop. The coop is a 3x3 space. I can run a heat lamp out there.

What are your daytime/nighttime temps? If they were mine, I'd wait till they are older since the setup you have now is not predator proof at all, and since they don't have their adult feathers in yet they can get chilled very easily. Do you have snapping turtles in your pond/

Yes we do. I found some around our drive way

Before you even let them near that area, I would set some trap's around the pond, those snappers will kill all your birds in a few days if you let them.
My bad. I got confused i thought a snapper like the turtle. you mean the fish? we don't have any I believe. Its a man made pond.
