Old Incubator Looking For History

Someone gave me this incubator almost 20 years ago; it was OLD then. Any help on how old and from whence it came?

It still runs - I redid the top in hopes of using it soon. Has original fan - Ive repainted the inside since this photo recently.

Oohhhh someone posted a picture of one almost exactly like that one that had been given to them... can't remember who but it was back a couple months.
