Old male guinea and a young one

I bought an old male guinea a week ago and I'm training him to return to my chicken tractor by penning him up for at least another week. I have an opportunity to buy 3 hens and another cock. I'm concerned that the old guy will beat up the young guy. Any suggestions.

Guineas do very well at a ratio of one cock to one hen. It doesn't hurt to have a few extra hens but two cocks and three hens is not a bad number.

Male guineas are called cocks not roosters.
