Wish I would have know about you Pine Grove before I got my RIR eggs... My birds do look nice but I would have like to have a few showy girls running around. I show Toy Poodles... there is no way I am getting into showing chickens...heheh but still would like a few to brag about... maybe next year. Do you have a websight I can look at.

Two lines of Reds you might want to look for in singlecomb large fowl would be Mohawk and Dennis Myers.
You can see a picture of a Dennis Myers rooster here it is the last picture.
I really like the Reds I got off Dennis right before he got out of Large Fowl Reds and started concentrating more on bantam red, OEGB's and Modern Game bantams.

I have a question about singlecomb and rosecomb RIR's.Is it best to breed them seperate or is it ok to breed them together.I think I know the answer but wanted to hear from the experts.
