Older Silkie Is this a Hen? Or Roo?

I got this hen from my daughter about 3 yrs ago. She got it with a bunch that someone was giving away. I always thought she was a she, then one day I saw that she had spurs. And I thought well maybe that's why the EE rooster chases her and she/he makes like she/he is dieing. I then concluded she must be a she and she just doesn't like the roo. She has no streamers or any other signs of being a roo. Then tonight I saw the EE roo picking at her terrible. He wouldn't let her get on the roost. So I thought I would let the experts give their oppinion. I want to put her in with my silkies but not if she's a he. Thanks!

Also she/he has never laid an egg for me or my daughter.

If I'm reading your post right that bird is over 3 years old. If that is an older bird, it looks like a hen to me.

This bird is alot older than 3. My daughter had her for at least 2yrs before I got her and I've had her for 3. All the other chickens she got with her have since died, we believe of old age. I've never heard a crow, and she squawks up a storm when the roo chases her.
