Older Water Jared eggs

I was wondering if it was just me who had runny yolks. When I have seen water glassed eggs posted, the eggs look as if they were new. I stored as few as a dozen in a jar, and as many as several dozen (all fresh, clean and with bloom intact), and they all turned out like the picture. Mine taste fine and I usually use them in baking or scrambled but I was wondering if I was doing something wrong. I plan to do this again over the summer, the water glassed eggs got me through the lighter laying periods.

I water Jared about 75 eggs about 18 months ago. had some over winter the whites were a bit runny. Not a big deal. Well I opened my last jar yesterday washed the eggs 1 was cracked membrane intact so I wasn’t worried about that. This morning I cracked open my eggs for breakfast the yolk was also runny. Went ahead and made my breakfast burrito. But I figured I would ask is this something I should concern myself with?
Welcome to the wealth of knowledge poultry group (I'm not in the wealth but a meager student learning).

I water glasses 2 half gallon jars 16 months ago. I took one out recently: whites fine, yolk not runny but definitely not firm. The taste was ok, it was a bit "weak" in taste/flavor. In the future I would use them for scrambled and baking. I am going to try them in making a small quiche (as I don't want to waste 8 eggs) or possibly using 4 fresh and 4 glassed. It worked with dehydrated and fresh and the quiche was great.
