Yep. They can look different because "olive egger" is not really a breed. My olive eggers now are straight combed, and they do lay olive eggs. I also had a real cute olive egger with heavily feathered feet named Doodle, but never confirmed he was an olive egger because he didn't lay eggs!Thank you! I was worried I didn't get Olive Eggers. Still not sure if they're actually pullets!
Absolutely. Years ago the US Ameraucana Club had a chart that compared breed requirements of Araucana, Ameraucana, and EE's. They had very specific requirements for comb type, muffs, tuffs, eye color, earlobe color, weights, and anything else that made them a breed for the Araucana and Ameraucana. They pretty much said "could be anything" in all categroes for EE's since EE's are not a breed and have no breed requitements. EE is all about egg color, nothing else. OE's are just EE's that lay a darker egg.Is it possible for an Olive Egger pulley to have single comb and feathered feet?
