Omlet auto door - Door fault"

Hi having a problem with our Omlet door, which is displaying "door fault" message and no longer knows when it is closed. Anyone have that problem or any solutions? We cleaned, did factory reset, changed batteries etc. no luck.

I think omelet has a help line on their website, that's so strange

Good news, my husband took the whole door off to work on it inside and he quickly found a loose screw on the face of it that tightened up the track that is in the middle of the door. Presto! She works perfect again and I got to clean it too.
