Omlet Door Opening Big Enough?

Hello! I got a new henhouse, and after much research decided to go with the Omlet smart automatic door. Now that the door is on, I am concerned about my lavender Orpington rooster fitting through the opening. Does anyone have a large Roo that can fit through the opening of the Omlet auto door?

Also, I installed the door on the inside of the coop. Has anyone else done this, and has it worked OK?

I went to the Omlet website, and read the size specifications. Should handle a full size chicken with no problem.
