Omlet Eglu for sale with run

Are you upgrading to something else or retiring from chickens all together? Just curious if there is a challenge with the Eglu in a cold weather state.
We live out of state or would otherwise buy it.
 
I had it in Utah where it gets rather cold and they were fine. I have since moved to Missouri but my new home already had a huge built in chicken coop so I just don't need it anymore. What state are you in? I do know someone who could potentially take it to Texas.
