Do I remove the auto egg turner completely? Or just turn it off?

Remove it completly and lay them gently on there sides . Or you can use a clean egg carton/s that have been cut down a little with the top cut off and little holes cut in the bottom. They are both fine. The only problem with the egg carton is they need to be fat end up and if one pips the small end you might not see it and they could have a hard time hatching .
