On day 24 of my hatching :(

This little guy is still in his egg. He seems OK when I candled him but he just doesn't want to come out. The air sack is intack and when I floated him he floated with just the air sack above water. Here is a pic.

Please give me any kind of feed back!!! I hope he is alive and is just a late bloomer.

If it hasn't pipped internally, it's probably lost.
Were all the eggs set at the same time and close to the same age when set?
How long ago did the others hatch?

I got two eggs from my riding instructor and it is a RIR cross game. One of the eggs was not fertile and the other started to develop.

So there were no other eggs to hatch with this setting?
I think it's lost but it won't hurt to keep it in another day if you're positive of the set date.

I had planned on keeping it through the weekend and the if it hatched I was gonna get some chicks that my friend hatched Wednesday to keep it company
