Yeah, I just heard the statement that no animals have feathers on their feet. I'm newish to chickens and all, but ?????
Don't all kinds of chickens have feathers on their feet?

Yea lots of chickens are "feather footed" or "clean legged"

We watched it also, and had a good laugh over the "no foot feathers, too!

Glad the Silkies weren't watching...I think they would have been highly offended by the statement and then it could have led to a "Katie-bar-the-door" moment!

Yeah, the no feathers on the feet statement was rather ignorant, but I guess if you consider the fact that feather footed chickens don't occur "naturally" but are a product of systematic breeding, I suppose the statement is true. I did laugh when he said that.
