Hi all!
I have two female Muscovy ducks. One is broody and the other is not. Every since the other has been sitting on her nest, they don't really get along.
Whenever the nesting female comes out for food and water, they have been just avoiding each other. Now, she is bigger aggressive to the other; nipping at it's neck and back feathers & chasing it around the yard.
Any ideas to what started this behavior?

Pretty normal behavior for a broody hen. She is just protecting her territory. Once her ducklings are hatched and raised she will go back to normal.
