One chick not doing well. What else can I do.

When it was hatched it couldn't stay upright, so I propped it up in the bator so it couldn't flip over backwards and gave it some poly-vi-sol. I left it in the bator for about a day and a half giving it the poly-vi-sol several times. Its in the brooder now, and better, but doesn't seem like it can drink by it's self. When it trys to put its head up to swollow the water it falls over on its back, but can get up by its self now. When I give it water with a dropper and put it down it will run arround in tight circles and seems very disoriented. It will pick food off the floor, but not out of the feeder. I have been hand feeding scrambled egg. Is there anything else I can do.
