One chicken getting pecked badly on shoulders... help!

Hi Everyone,

I have 4 hens. There is one (the sweetest one) who seems to be getting picked on. Her shoulders have been pecked clean of feathers on one side and now they're working on the other. One shoulder now has a big bald spot. How do I stop this behavior before they injure her? We've identified the worst offender who seems to be doing most of the bullying, but we're not sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated!

Bring her into the house, blu kote the area, increase protein in feed or stimulation (whatever one they are lacking), and if it gets worst put the aggressor in a time out pen for a few days or put pinless peepers on her.

Do you have a rooster? Shoulder/wing damage is usually rooster related ime.
