One day old quail with a week old quail

I have about 20 one week old Jumbo Coturnix Quail Chicks and about a dozen more will hatch hopefully in the next day or so. I was wondering if its okay to have them in the same brooder box.

I wouldn't. The larger birds may pick on the smaller ones at worst, and at best will probably step on them a lot.

Yea one just hatched in incubator, walking allot inside there I am worried the movement will cause other hatchings eggs harm.

Don't worry too much about that. Chicks play egg soccer all the time with their unhatched siblings. They'll hatch anyway.

It may be fine but I wouldn’t risk it. The older ones are stronger and more curious and mean and may peck them and even kill them.

I probably wouldn't put them together. They'd be better in separate brooders.
