One eye shut

I noticed that one of my roosters has one of his eyes shut. He hasn't lost his voice (sign of respiratory diseases), but in the past i had some respiratory problems in the flock. Also the last couple of days the roosters have been fighting quite a lot. How can i tell if this is an injury he picked on a fight or something like head swollen syndrome?
