One hen is having problems pooping !!

I have a 2 hens and one rhode island red rooster, one of my hens has been getting her poop clogged all over her tail feathers and almost all the ones around her actual hole are gone and it's slick skin , IM WORRIED !!!!! I have cleaned it off and trimmed the feathers but I want to know what is causing the problem ! I feed them hen scratch and a little bit of bread on occasion !! Also they don't lay any eggs !! I have had the rooster for about a year and the hens about 4 months also the same hen with the poop problem was sneezing this evening and shaking her head which promted me to get on here and plead my case to try and get some help !!! I know nothing about chickens but these are my pets and we were kinda hoping to at least get a few eggs out of the deal lol !!!!! Please help !!!!

4 months is just barelye getting to be old enough to lay Can be longer

I dont know about your sick girl who died what it could have been but i dont thik if someone got on and had a cure she would have made it anyway Too late for whatever ailed her by then if she died 3 hours after you started your thread. .Again sorry so sad.
AS far as the other girls 4 months is just barely getting to be old enough to possibly lay Can be longer

My 8 are about that age or a week or so older and havent yet.
Someone said if they are getting red combs they might lay soon.Some of mine are red red but no egg yet.

She was alot older than that I just got her 4 months ago !! I'm afraid she had some kind of disease and don't want my other 2 to catch it !! She started sneezing bad the last couple hours and had some discharge coming from her mouth or nose but had a little bit of crusty stuff around her nostrils CAN I PLEASE GET SOME HELP FROM ALL THE CHICKEN EXPERTS ON HERE ?? At least help me save the other 2 !!!
