One hen not laying yet..

I have eight young hens I bought in April..I have 6 Red sex linked 24 weeks and two Amercuana straight runs 22 weeks old.My smallest hen the white Amercuana is laying but my other one is not.So I have 7 laying eggs and one not.The one not laying is quite shy and gets picked on by a couple of the other red ones.Is there something wrong with this EE that she is not laying? She is bigger than the other EE that is laying.. Need help on this one...:/

Actually, 22 weeks is pretty young for EE's to lay, from what I've read and from owning just a few (three that looked much like her.) The pic looks like her comb isn't red yet. You may have another month's wait there.....

Thanks for the info.. I always thought she is to young to lay but I didn't know if something was wrong with her since some other bigger hens pick on her and she is kind of by herself most of the time.
