One hen with diarrhea

I have 9 hens all of which are laying, eating and drinking fine. One of my Easter eggers has had diarrhea on and off since we got them in march. She does have a dirty butt right now. I have given her a bath, but it always seems to come back. And it's only the one that has the diarrhea. I don't know what to do. Any help would be great. Thanks

Use scissors to trim back feathers and fluff on her rear end, this will give her a clear "shot" to the ground and will prevent fly strike.
Feed her only layer feed and no treats, fresh water without vitamins and other additives etc...do this for a couple of weeks and see if there's improvement.
