One is CRAZY, and is the other Okay!??

okay so today i got my first 2 chicks EVER!! They are adorable... but one of them is a little big bigger and hyper as all heck!! runs around and screams constantly, and the other is pretty lethargic. sleeps A LOT. passes out standing up, but I have seen her eat a little. The bigger one keeps pecking the smaller one! Is this all normal? I was told they were the same age, but im not so sure!

There can be a lot of differences in chicks even same age and breed. are they the same breed? some pecking at the beack seems to be normal, but not enough to really hurt the other. How old are they?
