One more question ❓ is he hot??

New to turkeys. Is he/she hot? If so, what do I do? There's plenty of water, cool water outside. I set up a mister but it runs from it . There's a shallow pool that it can get in.

This is my first turkey. It's a really sweet bird. Never heard him or her gobble. She will drop or droop her wings and fan out her tail feather but not anything. I would call a strut. Snood doesn't grow. Is it a she??
