One noisy hen!

I have five Guineas. I got them last spring as chicks. There are 2 males and 3 females. One of the females never seems to be quit. Is their anything that I can do to quiet her!? Or anybody have any ideas as to why she is like this? Thanks!

It is breeding season. Once she has a mate and laying season starts, she should not be calling as much until next breeding season.

But this has been going on since she was able to start her squeaking from a chick!?

Yes, that is how some of them are. Once they are paired off they tend to quiet down until the next breeding season.

Since I only have 2 males and 3 hens could this be a problem?

My husband also just told me he sees the other ones chase her away!? I myself haven't witnessed this.

It might be best to get another male for her.
