One of 3 brown shavers smells nasty and feels a bit hot

My 3 brown shavers are 6 months old and lay 3 eggs each day. They all look fine but when I picked them up this morning I noticed that Gertrude felt hotter than the others and smells very unpleasant. Anything to worry about? They live in a good size run with leaves in one section and plain dry earth in another. They also have a roost for night time.

I would check her over, she may have an infection. Could be a sinus infection if her head smells or an infection in her vent if that area smells. Is she laying? a ruptured egg inside her would cause a bad infection and she would need antibiotics.

If her crop feels like a water balloon and is really big then it might be sour crop
