one of my chicks pipped then quit and died why?

I can see his/her beak and looks upside down and it looks like blood around him/her but he is dead hasnt moved his/her beak in like 3 hours would being upside down cause death? also one chick has a little thing hanging from it maybe yolk but it looks fine should I worry?

Your humidity might have been a little high during incubation. If that is the case then the chick drowned when it broke into the air cell. Did the other chicks come out of the shell really wet. If they did then that is the problem.

the rest hatched fine except 1 hasnt even pipped. Im sure its dead I could see its beak and it didnt move for hours. I through it away this morning looked bloody in there around the whole. I hope the last egg hatches but if it doesnt my hatch was better than I expected 7 out of 9 alive.
