One of my chooks are bobbing its head really weirdly

I’ve done a lot to stop this disease and I’ve checked her out for sour crop and I emptied her puffed up
chest, kind of like a water ballon but the main thing is that she was uncontrollably moving her head up to down side to side and I don’t know what it is she looks depressed and they have heaps of room to move around.
