One of my hens laid a wrinkled egg today? Should I worry??

So I posted here the other day about my miniature hen. (Feel the need to mention she is doing semi better and was always separated from the flock so there wouldn’t have been cross infection from her.) today I went down to the coop to check on my hens and after collecting eggs I noticed my white hen (I don’t know how old she is but she is much thinner than the rest of my girls) laid an egg that has a wrinkled top. She has never laid this type of egg before. If I remember right this can be a sign of sickness?? I don’t know if it’s just that or if she is stressed. The weather has been a bit messy (front coming through none stop and the temperature outside going from 70° to 30° over night) and we recently had to change hay brands since our normal store was out. At the beginning of the week we had just changed all the hay in the coop(with the normal hay). After changing the hay and going back the next day we found a dead sparrow and immediately got the birds out to the pen and took all the hay out, disinfected everything (including throwing out any open feed and water) and going buy a fresh bale (insert new hay from new store here) to redo the coop. Is it possible that the dead bird could have gotten her sick? Should I quarantine her? As far as I can tell she is socializing and eating/drinking/laying like normal. No runny eyes and no coughing yet.

That is not as wrinkled an egg shell as I have seen before when my chickens had infectious bronchitis virus, a respiratory disease. There are a number of egg shell quality problems, and infectious bronchitis, stress, or shell gland problems can all have an effect on shells. Here is a good link to read and look at number 12 and 13 pictures:

Ok. So this isn’t much to worry about? From the article, is this most likely a situation of the egg was cracked or something while forming?

It may possibly be due to some of the possibles causes in 12 or 13. It looks mildly wrinkled, but I would look at the next coming eggs.
