One of the eggs hasn’t hatched what do I do :(

Hey y’all!
my chicken hatched all her eggs but one! And it has been two days since the others have hatched. She has move herself and the babies away from the last egg what do I need to do?

It may be a dud. Have you water candled it?

Yes It’s been probably a week since I did it. I used just a flashlight though am I suppose to use water to do it?

That's regular candling. Eggs that still haven't hatched this late won't show much when candled. You can water candle them (put the egg in a cup of 100F water) and if they're alive in there, the egg will wobble. If not, then you know it didn't make it.

Candle it in a dark room with a flashlight or phone light and get clear pictures if you are unsure of what you are seeing.
