one-week old chick sleeps ALL day, is this normal?

Hi there,
I'm new at raising chicks and had a question about our little barred rock. she is one week old today. she arrived in the mail from MPC last week. 3 days ago, we noticed she was sleepy/lazy/lethargic. after consulting the message boards, it sounded like she wasn't eating the big chick crumbles. we mashed up the crumbles, and voila, she started eating like crazy. she seemed back to normal, behavior wise (walking around, eating, drinking, pooping) for 2 days, but today she seems sleepy and lethargic again. i thought we solved the problem! is this normal? no sign of pasty butt. water (with a bit of ACV) gets changed every 2 days. brooder is ~95F degrees directly under the lamp. any advice would be appreciated!

Is her crop full? You mentioned that you suspected she wasnt eating and then started again...any possibility she stopped eating again?

every week try and go down 5 degrees, she might be a little too hot. Also give her SOME sugar water, only give this to her once every other day for a week. hopefully she perks up!!!
