Good call getting the degree first, much better chance of getting assigned to it rather than joining and hoping for that MOS after basic training.

Yes, that’s what the recruiter told me - besides, I have a much better chance of becoming an officer if I wanted to go down that route.

Most of my college classes have been online. Working on the prerequisites and embellishment’s to attend one of the worlds highest schools in veterinary medicine in Scotland, which conveniently my sister went to the same University to study criminal justice, and lives in the city.

I was hoping to finish my AA this year, but with all the extra courses I’m taking for some future vet prpgrams I’m in, plus I want to have an opportunity to really volunteer at various rescues, rehabilitation centers, veterinary offices, and really any positions involving animals I can get, I’ll likely take an extra year to finish everything up.

Im already spread extremely thin, and I want to have a chance to explore new experiences while I can.

My whole family lives over there, well, what’s left of them anyway. So we are over there a lot.

If I don’t get into the school there, there’s another pretty good vet school in Washington I would probably go to.
