Only 1 Of 5 Laying And Then Just Stopped!! Is This Normal??

Hello We have 5 hens that are 18 weeks old.They were all bought at the same time and the same litter.We are NEWBIES so don't know anything.
She started laying on monday and layed one egg each day until today.She did'nt lay today.Nor has any of the others started laying yet.

Is this normal?? to start and then stop like that.And whats up with the other 4?
