Only one chick so far...

I recently bought 10 hatching eggs (received 12) from an individual online. They were shipped quickly, candled on day7 and saw embryo growth. On day 19(yesterday) first chick pipped and hatched this morning. Now I don't see any signs of pipping from any other eggs. I have hatched a few other clutches with any where from 60 to 80% hatch rate. this chick even seems week. I live in MO and we recently had a big weather system go through and as a result my incubator fluctuated a couple degrees (possibly at a crucial time?). It took me some fiddling to get the temp consistant again ( i have a hova bator). I'm worried that this might be the only chick that makes it. What do you do for a single chick? My other hatch is about 4 weeks old now. I will be patient since tomorrow is the true hatch date, but i would think I would be seeing some signs by now.

looks like a very long few days , i would wait before thinking there will not be anymore to arrive after all you have one chick so the incubator fluctuated a couple degrees hasnt stopped this one . good luck and keep us posted
