Only one fertile egg

I bought 10 buff silkie hatching eggs for $100 off of someone my family knows. I put them in the incubator 5 days ago and only ONE has developed since then. The other 9 have no signs of development whatsoever. No dark spot on the yolk, no veins, nothing. They look completely infertile, especially compared to the one egg's very obvious development.

So on top of my frustration with having gambled away $100 on an entire batch of dud eggs, I'm worried about this egg hatching alone, or losing it and then I spent my money literally all for nothing. As usual, the seller does not offer refunds on hatching eggs for any reason. Any advice?

Were they top show quality? Silkies can have fertility issues from being so fluffy. We're these shipped? A good breeder should be sure of good fertility before selling.
Not to my knowledge, it's just a family friend I got them from. I picked them up locally. They said no breeder can guarantee fertility, which I understand, but I'm just frustrated that of 10 eggs only one MIGHT hatch
