Is anyone selling (or know where I can find) bantam black Sumatran hatching eggs or chicks? I was planning on ordering a batch this spring from Performance Poultry but they were closed due to Covid.

Have you tried Kijiji? I bought my bantam Cochin chicks from a lady near Rama a month ago from an ad posted on kijiji.
