Oops. Broke my daughters favorite chicks wing. What now?

We are brand new to raising chickens kinda. When I was a kid we raised meat chickens. But they definetely weren't pets. I have a 4 yr old and two year old who love these chicks. We keep them in the house and my daughters have to kiss each chick before they go to bed. We were racing out the door to get to church this morning and I noticed that one of the chicks was kicking up shavings all over the place and filling the waterer with shavings. I've cleaned it out three times this morning and decided to build a little shield onto the platform to keep the shavings out. The platform is just two 2x4's 6"'s long screwed together. I was hurrying when I pulled the platform out and it slipped. It landed on little orpington annie who is about two weeks old. She is limping and it her wing is all flared out. There are two three week old plymouth rocks in with her and they are already pecking at her. I stayed home from church and am thinking of driving 45 minutes to the feed store to try and find a replacement. Is there any chance she will be okay? She is isolated from the other chicks and is hopping around on one foot. She is eating and drinking so I'm wondering if she'll make it. I guess I've grown soft but I don't know if I have it in me to cull the little chick. What do I do? Do I just let nature run the course? I'm feeling guilty since my carelessness was the cause.

I am sure you won't be able to fool your kids, with a replacement. I think you might be able to tape her wing and the leg is it the leg or just a toe, you might be able to splint it and see how things go. I know I saw a post on splinting a leg. hopefully someone with more experience will answer soon. I would keep her warm and see how she does.
